The cottage is located in an attractive yet quiet part of the village of Trojanovice in the heart of the Beskydy Mountains. The cottage is after complete reconstruction with new equipment. The grassy land around the cottage is about 400 m2, mostly fenced with trees. The cable car to Pustevny is 2000 m away from the property. Two garden seating areas are built near the cottage, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.
Complete civic amenities are located in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm (shops, banks, post office, train and bus station, health care, etc.).
